Byron Bacher rejoins Paradigm as Director of Sales for Texas & Oklahoma

ARLINGTON, Texas - Paradigm Traffic Systems is excited to welcome Byron Bacher back to Paradigm as our new Director of Sales for Texas and Oklahoma.

With nearly 18 years in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) industry and more than 15 years of prior experience in information technology, Byron brings a rare, multifaceted perspective that bridges technical depth with real-world sales leadership.

Byron's background includes impactful roles with Econolite, NoTraffic, and Paradigm Traffic Systems, which makes his return to Paradigm both meaningful and strategic. His experience spans sales leadership, advanced traffic technologies, and hands-on IT knowledge, giving him the flexibility and insight needed to support agencies, partners, and customers across the Southwest region.
