Paradigm Traffic Welcomes Joaquin Segl as Vice President of Administration

ARLINGTON, Texas - We are thrilled to announce that Joaquin Segl has joined Paradigm Traffic Systems as our new Vice President of Administration.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) industry, Joaquin brings a wealth of expertise in operations, sales, and technology innovation. His career spans leadership roles at Encom, ORIUX and Intuicom, and his own firm, SEGL Consulting—where he guided companies through complex product launches, channel expansions, and growth strategies across North America and Latin America.
