Sergio Flores joins Paradigm as Field Services Representative in El Paso

ARLINGTON, Texas - We are excited to welcome Sergio Flores to the Paradigm Traffic Systems team as our newest Field Services Representative, based in El Paso, Texas. Sergio brings with him an impressive 27-year career as a technician, including 13 years specializing in traffic signals. He holds an associate's degree in Electronics and has extensive experience working with municipal traffic systems.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Sergio served the City of El Paso, where he progressed from technician to supervisor for the city's east area. He also worked for TXDOT El Paso for the last 2 ½ years.

In his personal life, Sergio has been married for 24 years and has 3 lovely daughters. He enjoys camping and having fellowship with his church members.

His deep technical knowledge, leadership background and strong family values make him a valuable addition to our growing Paradigm Family. Please join us in giving Sergio a warm Paradigm welcome!
